Refund Policy
This policy applies to software subscriptions, implementation services, training programs, and related digital services offered by Azesavant Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. Subscription and License Fees
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement or proposal, subscription and license payments are non-refundable once the subscription period starts.
2. Implementation and Professional Services
Payments for implementation, customization, migration, and consulting are billed against agreed milestones or effort. Completed milestones and consumed effort are non-refundable.
3. Training Services
Training fees are non-refundable once access, session scheduling, or course delivery has started. Date rescheduling may be supported based on availability and prior notice.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe an incorrect or duplicate payment has been processed, notify us within 7 business days with invoice and payment details. Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved promptly.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms for subscriptions or projects are governed by the applicable contract, statement of work, or proposal. Where no contract exists, cancellations apply only to future billing periods and do not reverse already delivered services.
6. Chargeback Handling
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve billing issues directly.
